Essential cookies and storage

These are always active because the website cannot work without them. They remember your basket, keep you signed in to your account, and protect forms and payments from abuse. They do not track you across other websites.

• Basket storage — remembers the flooring and quantities you have added so your basket survives a page refresh.
• Sign-in session — keeps you authenticated in your account area and, for staff, the admin area.
• Cookie choice — records the preference you set above so we do not ask again on every visit.
• Payment security — cookies set by Stripe during checkout to process your payment securely and detect fraud.

Analytics cookies (optional)

With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help customers choose flooring — for example how many people view a product, use the quantity calculator, or request a showroom visit. Analytics only loads after you accept; if you choose essential cookies only, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.

We do not send names, email addresses, postal addresses or payment details to analytics, and IP addresses are anonymised.

Changing your mind

Use the controls at the top of this page to change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies will stop the basket and checkout from working.
